Hello my name is Jessica Viola. I have assisting Robert Biggs Realtors over the last 6 months. I am certified in staging homes and also do interior design. I am working on my realtor license. I would like to go over what Home Staging is and show you some photos of houses before and after I applied Home Staging.
What does staging mean?
When you are ready to place your home on the market for sale it becomes a product. The product has features and benefits as well as positives and negatives, and competition. If you want to stay in the marketplace competition you must be priced right and have the best looking product. It is all about the light that you present your product in. Staging is the process of preparing any home for sale, regardless of price or location. Staging is proven to help sell homes faster and/ or for more money. It is very important that your agent is confident in the product that they are selling.

My goal is to get the buyer to move in-not on! We want to stand out from all the others that have their product on the market. Creating a series of first impressions and showcasing your home’s best features will get the buyer to connect and visualize themselves in this home. |
