I would like to thank Robert Biggs for all of his hard work on selling the property on Timber Lane for my mother and father in law. There were several "twists and turns" along the way both with the property and health issues. Robert handled each one calmly and professionally going out of his way to help in any way he could. Rob is great! He is very knowledgeable with setting a price, dealing with inspections and making sure everything was ready to go for closing. Our house sold and closed in less than 60 days. What is usually a very stressful time was made a lot easier because of Rob's expertise! I highly recommend Rob the next time you need a real estate agent!
